Information involved when you visit
- Website usage: Our hosting provider, OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites, provides traffic analytics showing unique visitors and page views over time. The hosting service may process technical and operational information needed to deliver and secure the site.
- Information you send: If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message so we can respond.
- Fonts: This website requests typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser may connect to Google when it loads them.
This website currently has no account creation, sign-up form, or payment checkout. We have not added advertising pixels or a separate marketing analytics tool to the site.
How information is used and shared
We use site usage information to understand whether the website is being visited and to improve it. We use messages sent to us to answer the request. OpenAI provides the website hosting and may process information needed to operate the Site. Google provides the font files requested by your browser. Email is handled by the provider of the CLEN mailbox.
Storage and retention
We keep correspondence while it is needed to respond, handle follow-up, or meet an applicable obligation, then review whether it is still needed. Website analytics are available through the Sites service. Hosting and email providers may retain operational records under their own policies. Information may be processed outside India; the Sites service does not currently offer a data-residency choice.
Your choices and questions
You can choose not to email us. If you have a question about information you sent, or want to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact info@clen.news. We will review and respond to your request.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when the website’s features or data practices change. The mobile app will need its own notice or an expanded policy before it begins collecting user information.
