Why I started CLEN
In my work, I needed to keep up with developments relevant to the space and clients I was working with. There was plenty of news. The difficult part was finding the right information and understanding why it mattered to the work in front of me.
I started CLEN to make that daily task clearer and more manageable. The idea is simple: bring the essentials together in a concise brief, make the context useful, and leave you a path to the original source when you want to go deeper.
What we are building
CLEN stands for Clear, Lean, Essential News. The app is being developed around a focused daily brief and short story summaries, with a separate explanation of why a development may be relevant to you.
It is still in development. The examples on this website illustrate the intended experience; they are not a live news service or a promise of a beta date. We will share real app links when the beta is ready.
How I’m building it
CLEN is a founder-led project. I use AI tools to help design and develop the experience. Before launch, I’ll explain the live product’s sourcing, review, and correction process based on how it actually operates.
